Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
We're publishing this policy as an initial template, in the interest of transparency about how we intend to handle your information. It is still pending review by our legal counsel before launch and is not yet legal advice. We'll update this page as that review completes.
1. Introduction
Noxdren, LLC ("Noxdren," "we," "us," or "our") provides a drone mission-feasibility API and related products, including RangeIQ+, along with our websites (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
This policy applies to information we process when you visit our websites, create an account, or use the Service. It does not apply to third-party products or websites that we do not control.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and a limited amount of information from our service providers.
- Account information: name, email address, company, and similar details you provide when you register or request access.

- Communications: messages, support requests, and other information you send us directly.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal information on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract: to provide the Service you have requested and to perform our agreement with you.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve the Service, where not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: where you have given consent, such as for certain communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.
5. How We Share Information & Subprocessors
We do not sell personal data. We share information only as needed to run the Service and as described here:
- Service providers (subprocessors): vendors that help us operate the Service, such as payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), analytics (Plausible), and cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud). Our current subprocessor list is available on our Security page.
- Legal and compliance: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Retention periods vary by data type and the purpose for which it was collected.
7. Data Security
We protect information using encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and infrastructure built on SOC 2 Type II providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and continually improve our controls. For more detail, see our Security page.
8. International Data Transfers
Noxdren is based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where required by law.

Plausible does not use tracking cookies, does not perform cross-site tracking, and does not collect personally identifiable information. We use only the cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service, such as those required for authentication.
